Mrs. Badger's PictureI have been blessed to work at The Sherman School since 2001.  The school and community is full of such supportive and hardworking staff and parents who work seamlessly and diligently together.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling from The Pennsylvania State University.   I obtained my sixth year in School Psychology and my Ph.D. in both School Psychology and Counseling Psychology from The University of Massachusetts-Amherst.  I have also participated in extensive continuing education related to my profession.

I provide and participate in services for Pre-K to 8th grade in general education and special education.  These services include: testing, observations, staff or parent consultations and 504/PPT/SRBI/parent meetings.  School based counseling to the students in the milieus of individual and small group, are also provided, as warranted.  I work directly with the classroom teachers, administration, specials teachers and specialists to assure your child's social-personal needs are discussed, explored and addressed.  I welcome you to contact me should you have any further questions or comments.
